Kraft Plus June 2016 Challenges

Hi everyone,

On the last day of this month I hope it is not to late for me to join it.
So today I want to share my take on this month's challenge at the  Kraft Plus Challenges  "It's a puzzle".

So this is my layout "It's a puzzle"

I put the big jigsaw puzzles on the cardstock then sprayed it with different colors to make the background and stamped the background randomly.
To finish off I glued my photo on to the jigsaw puzzle chipboard then put on the layout and I added some embellishments.

Beauty Art - Mixed Media Layout

 Hi everyone

Wow time really flies when you have fun and we are almost at the end of this month.
I'm back again and it feels like ages since my last post. So today I would like to share the layout I made using the Colour Blast products.

I had a lot fun playing with these colours.
So I've used the Colour Shimmer Dust to color my layout picture and embellishments.

To start, I just stenciled the whole face onto the white cardstock with watermark stamp pad (versamark) then embossed the face with black fine embossing powder. Also I made some  texture with texture paste.
I sprinkled some colour shimmer dust randomly in a half face picture then sprayed it with water and held the paper to move the water colour in the stencil face.

Once dried I used a spray bottle, spraying water onto the paper around the edges of face and texture. I used a paint brush dipping the brush into the colour ( I put a little bit of the  shimmer dust powder on the plate and added water mixing it well) and dabbed it onto the page where I had sprayed water (washing the brush in between colours).

When dry then I stamped randomly with stazon black ink on the other side of the face.

To finish off with drybrush I used shimmer dust and gel to color the embellishments.
Then I glued them together on the layout.

I really hope you enjoyed this one and thank you for visiting my blog.
See you next time
