All about Cards and Tags

Hallo semuanya...

Tidak berasa kita sudah hampir berada Di penghujung tahun ini... waktu berlalu begitu sangat cepatnya sehingga kadang lupa akan hal-hal yang harus dilakukan. 

Hari ini saya berada di rumah sakit duduk diruangan ini  menunggu menghitung waktu dan sedikit cemas menunggu operasi suami ku... tetapi saya percaya Tuhan itu baik dan semuanya akan berjalan dengar baik...

untuk menghilangkan rasa cemas ini saya teringat ada beberapa project yang saya buat tetapi  kemudian saya lupa untuk menaruhnya pada blog. 

Inilah beberapa projects mixed media kartu dan tag yang saya buat untuk swap tag dengan teman dan DT project.

LIVE YOUR DREAMS - DT Layout for Sketchy Boards Challenge October 2017

Hello...... and welcome to October that means a new challenge.

Today, I woulkd love to share with you my latest DT layout that I created for Sketchy Boards. 

The challenge this month using a beautiful dreamcather colours and page draft sketch. 

So here is what I came up..... 

"LIVE YOUR DREAMS" 

I used my beautiful niece photo. She is a modelling and loves catwalking. 

She start modelling since her was 5 yo till now she is 8 yo. She often attended fashion show for some events in her place and also won several fashion show competations for children categories. I am very proud to be her Aunty/ Tante :)

Tags for Guest Designer at Imaginarium Designs

Hello everyone, 

I am excited to share another project for this month, as a Guest Designer for Imaginarium Designs today I have a created a couple of tags using chipboard words and flourishes. They are fabulous for decorating your tags or cards. 

"MAGICAL MOMENT" Large Tag

I made this tag to remember when I went to New Zealand last month for SENZ 2017. 
It was my first time I flew to NZ and really love this beautiful autumn trees. 

Using the giant wooden 5 1/2"x 10" tag from Tim Holtz to create my mixed media tag. I used lots of  different medium to create my background, including stencilling, art stones, waxes and some micro beads too. I started by adding some texture paste with stencil on the tag and then I coated the tag area with some black gesso. Once the tag was dried, I painted the background with some Distress Oxide colours and I applied a green wax. 

For these chipboards I used a black aged embossing enamel powder.

When I put the title on the tag, I felt it the disappeared into the background so I used my finger to rub on some heavy white gesso. 

My last project is a small tag which I use one of the backing tags set of Imaginariun Designs chipboard. ...

"Believe in Miracle"

 For the chipboard I used a copper metallic melt embossing powder and  sprinkle with little bit purple on it too.

Imaginarium Designs - Guest Designer in August 2017

Hello everyone,

I was delighted to have been asked  to be a Guest Designer for Imaginarium Designs for the month of August. 

I can't describe how excited I am to share some projects that I've created using chipboard from  Imaginarium Designs. Imaginarium Designs words, flourishes and frames are fabulous for decorating for your layout or card project.  

Here is my first project was a layout.....

 "LOVE IS EVERYTHING" 

I started by picking a sheet of cardstock and patterned of papers.  I tore the edges of the patterned paper to form the border and some strips of paper along the right side and then stuck everything  onto the plain cardstock.  The background was stamped with some Distress Oxide reinkers before stencilling with pearlescent embossing paste to make a texture background. 

Next up I did some fussy cutting out of the flowers patterned paper so that I could layer it underneath my photo. 
This particular paper has so many beautiful elements on it. 

I finished off with some beautiful  Imaginarium Design chipboards. Can't do any layout with some of these. 

With this layout I have used beautiful pieces of flourishes chipboard which I applied glue with a brush on the chipboard, then puts some flakes on it and then the after using a sponge to polish it and remove the excess of flakes. 

I cut the flourish chipboard in half and place on either side of the photo.

I used black embossing powders on the chipboard word for my layout title and sprinkle with little bit green on it too.

and for my last project, I've created a few simple cards with the same paper collection as the Layout and used some more Imaginarium Designs chipboard. 

I used the same technique of applying Flakes that I used for the chipboard pieces on the layout. 

It's such an effective way to add shine to any project.

Gorgeous - OTP (Altered Fan) for Sketchy Board Challenge May 2017

Hi everyone!

I hope you all had a wonderful weekend and are having a great start to the new month! Yes as always the start of the month means an array of new exciting challenge for you to join. So this month in Sketchy Board Challenge have a beautiful pallete colours and a sketch. 

Yeahhh pink.... excited? You will going to love :)

So here is my take on the colour scheme. I created an OTP - altered fan using some gorgeous flowers, butterflies, paints and embellisments.
